A bearing gives warning long before it fails. The signal is there in the vibration data; the problem is that nobody is watching months of it.
Vibemon collects continuous sensor data from plant equipment into object storage, reduces long time series so trends stay readable over months rather than minutes, and surfaces developing faults while there is still time to schedule the repair instead of reacting to it.
